ABOUT THE POSITION:

The Service Advisor is responsible for greeting customers, creating repair orders, and a variety of other Acura tasks in a high-quality and efficient manner that produces a great result for our guests!

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet customers as they enter the service drive
  • Consult with the mechanics about necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive work
  • Provide customers with estimates on aftermarket and OEM (original equipment manufacturer) part options
  • Answer questions about service outcome (after consulting with technician if necessary)
  • Advise customers about warranty protections and potential cost savings
  • Call customers to inform them of changes in service or to let them know their vehicle is ready for pick up
  • Schedule customers to come in for service

DESIRED SKILLS:

As a Service Advisor, you will be experienced and aware of the latest automotive technologies and be a persistent problem solver. We have determined some factors that may enable your success as a Service Advisor:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
  • Hold a valid driver's license
  • Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Highly-motivated and a team player

 

WORK WEEK:

Full-time, 40+ hours per week

Schedule Availability/Flexibility required during the following days and hours: Monday through Thursday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Friday 7:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Sundays - closed
